  • Accompanying viewers to the property.
  • Preparation of AST and any legal notices.
  • Processing the Application and Referencing.
  • Transfer of Utility and Council Tax account.
  • Arrangement of all necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Full Inventories of Conditions, Fixtures and Fittings.
  • Arrangement of Check-in and Check-out.
  • Secure Key holding service.
  • Routine inspection and reports.
  • Deposit negotiation.
  • Landlord Rental Statements are sent out each month in advance.
  • Landlords rental is paid each month directly into your designated bank account.

Tenant Find Basis

  • Worldwide marketing and advertising.
  • Accompanying viewers to the property.
  • Processing the Application and Referencing.
  • Preparation of AST and any legal notice.
  • Passing over to the Landlord copies of all documents.
  • Passing over to the Landlord the full deposit to protect.
  • We do not arrange inventories for TFB.
  • We do not attend Check-in or Check-out for TFB.
  • We do not hold keys for TFB.
  • We do not inspect your property for a TFB Service.
  • We would not negotiate the deposit for a TFB Service.
  • We are not responsible for rental payments for a TFB.
  • We do not collect rents for a TFB Service.
